A dynamic academic leader, researcher, industrial consultant and speaker having 30 years of blend of professional experiences, 27 years in Academics and 3 years in Industries with a wide professional exposures in foreign universities for about two decades in QS ranked universities. Has worked in academic leadership capacities for more than 10 years as Pro Vice Chancellor, Director-Academics, Director-IQAC and Dean-Academics. Has worked as a consulting managing director for a medium scale industry and as a consultant in a truck manufacturing industry abroad. Has contributed for quality accreditation works in various universities in India and abroad and received accreditations from NCAAA, ABET and NAAC in respective universities he served in. Have authored four textbooks as first author, two patents and research papers in high indexed journals and conferences. One of my research paper titled “Triple Helix Model linking University-Industry-Government” ensuring outcome based collaborative education was selected and presented in "King Khalid University, Saudi Arabia" during the year 2014. Guided a number of PG students for their project works and PhD research scholars. Being an academic administrator he has implemented Academic Action Plans(AAP), Continuous Internal Assessment(CIA) model and Team Teaching(TT) models in universities for sustainable development. Has designed and manufactured four mechanical fabrication projects to the society adding to his credentials. Number of his lectures are uploaded in online platforms including YouTube channel for interaction and learning of students community around the globe.
